Archie Sylvester is a young guitar virtuoso hailing from the cider pressing villages of Somerset. He uses his unorthodox guitar techniques and compelling voice to create a passionate and vibrant blues sound. Archie has done a sold out tour of Europe as the support act for Keziah Jones, played many of the UK’s best festivals and has recorded in some of London’s most prestigious studios. In May 2014, Archie released his first full album Surreptitious, recorded live over two days. Equally adept on electric and acoustic guitars, Sylvester cites some of his main influences as Jimi Hendrix, Django Reinhardt, Stevie Ray Vaughan and John Mayer.
