Call of Ancient Love – a spiritual listening experience from Stan Gemes

Call of Ancient Love is a mesmerising experience that takes its listeners across the world from the cold peaks of the Himalayas, to the beaches of California, to the savannahs of Africa all in the space of one song. It’s an epic listen sporting Indian choirs, Asian flutes and Hispanic beats all fused with rock. The mastermind behind the project is Stan Gemes.

Inspired by an Indian tribe’s spiritual performance, Stan set out to make an earthy album that would connect to listeners on an equally spiritual level. The album certainly does just that.
