Music EXCLUSIVE: Ridiculous – Mleo

Fans of Red Hot Chili Peppers and No Doubt would find Mleo very interesting. The Sacramento/Los Angeles act released their latest effort, “Ridiculous” today, exclusively on MUSIC CROWNS.

Although their stamp on alternative rock is heavily drenched with the influence of the two aforementioned heavyweights, the almost four-minute production also incorporates a strong punch of playful funk and slight but equally playful pop which becomes progressively heart racing with the flirtiness of the vocals weaving throughout the arrangements.

Starting out in 2012, Mleo (pronounced muh-lee-oh) is the brainchild of focused students: singer Audrey Reed, guitarist Victor San Pedro and bassist Nick De La O. Now armed with years of experience, performing live at their high school in Sacramento and gaining an additional member, drummer Elias Vasquez, they’ve blossomed into well trained musicians, determined to be the face of alternative rock, while furthering their education on Los Angeles.
