General
These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and enter the Music Crowns Music Awards run by Music Crowns. By entering the MC you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.
The organisers of the featured award are the Music Crowns Committee, a trading name of MC (also referred in this document as “MC”, “we”, or “us”).
You may contact us by email to info@musiccrowns.org or phone us on (TBC). Telephone calls to and from MC may be recorded or monitored as part of our efforts to further improve service to our customers.
We may contact you for marketing purposes by mail, telephone, email or otherwise.
Orders
A contract is formed between MC and you when we enter you into the award as per your order. All entries will be considered for the final and will be selected by an impartial, accredited judging panel.
Prices
The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of creation. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down.
Complaints
MC welcomes and learns from complaints. We aim to deal with complaints speedily and sympathetically. All complaints are logged, investigated and replied to. Should you wish to register a compliment or a complaint then please call (TBC) or email info@musiccrowns.org

Availability
All products are subject to availability. Availability is usually advised when placing an order but if this is not possible we will advise of any delay as soon as possible.

Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable to the Customer under the Contract in any way whatsoever for destruction, damage, delay or inability to carry out its business arising out of war or civil commotion, strikes, lockout and industrial disputes, failure of utility service or transport network, fire, storm, explosion, floods or bad weather, breakdown of machinery or plant, malicious damage, compliance with any law governmental order rule direction or regulation or any act of God or default of suppliers or sub-contractors. The Company shall further be under no liability to the Customer for any circumstances beyond the Company’s control.
Assignment
The Company may assign the Contract or any part of it to any person, firm or company.
Communications
All communications between the parties shall be in writing and delivered via electronic communication (“email”). Communications shall be deemed to have been received if sent by email on a working day prior to 4.00 pm, at the time of transmission and otherwise on the MC working day.
