Lady Chann, the formidable female presence in the world of Dancehall and Bashment, has teamed up with legendary producer Benny Page on brand new record ‘I Duppy Riddim’.
The ferociously fast chatting Lady Chann, evolved as an artist over the last decade, working with the best names in Grime, Dancehall and Dubstep, including Sticky, Toddla T, Durrty Goodz, Manga, Gappy Ranx, Skibadee and Beenie Man himself. A staple London carnival favourite, Lady Chann has been responsible for a host of Bashment classics including 2009’s Your Eye Too Fast , 2010’s Sticky Situation & Feel Calm. She released Sticky Situation as part of an the EP of the same name, on Toddla T’s Girl’s Music label which earned her plaudits from the The Guardian, The Fader, and Clash amongst others.
