Demi Lovato was cutting shapes this morning, doing some MMA fighting with her personal trainer, Jay Glazer.

But the 26-year-old singer went a bit too hard, accidentally knocking out Glazer’s front tooth with one punch – despite him sensibly donning a mouthguard.
For whatever reason, Lovato shared the savage de-toothing with her 71 million followers on Instagram: a mighty flex on her haters or promotion for her trainer’s pain tolerance, we just don’t know.

The trainer went on to reference the stars hit ‘Sorry Not Sorry’: “She’s not sorry. She’s not sorry at all!”
Last year, Lovato was the most-searched-for person on Google in the U.S.
The pop star’s name had dominated headlines after she relapsed with a drug overdose and entered rehab.
