Cat Power has released her cover of the ’60s Burt Bacharach classic ‘What the World Needs Now’.

The cover by Cat Power, real name Charlyn Marshall, was included on the vinyl-only deluxe release of her October album Wanderer, her first full-length since 2012’s Sun.
The LP, her first in six years, also features a cover of Rihanna’s ‘Stay’ and the Lana Del Rey collaboration ‘Woman.’ In October, Marshall performed the latter song on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.
