Listen to Thom Yorke’s new track for Greenpeace, ‘Hands Off The Antarctic’

Thom Yorke has teamed up with Greenpeace to create an emotive new single, ‘Hands Off The Antarctic’.

The song premiered in front of the Marble Arch in London as footage shot from Greenpeace’s research ship, the Arctic Sunrise, was projected onto the landmark.

The song is penned as part of Greenpeace’s campaign to introduce an Antarctic Ocean Sanctuary.

The Radiohead frontman said of his involvement with the campaign: “There are some places on this planet that are meant to stay raw and wild and not destroyed by humanity’s footprint. This track is about stopping the relentless march of those heavy footsteps.”
