Machine Gun Kelly received the gift of a lifetime for his birthday earlier this week.
Marilyn Manson gifted the rapper a dildo with his face on it at his 29th birthday party, which also saw Tommy Lee of Mötley Crüe turn up, who Kelly plays the likeness of in recent Neflix biopic The Dirt.

Kelly thanked the artists for their gifts on Instagram, writing: “Thanks Marilyn Manson for the dildo with ur face on it and Tommy Lee for the $5000 liquor, u sickos, came thru my birthday like a true rock star.”
Manson previously unveiled the personalised Double Cross dildo, which retails for $125, last Halloween.
