Eccentric cross dressing artist Sham Ibrahim may have crossed the line when he attended the Kiss exhibition at the Morrisson Hotel and Gallery on Febuary 13, 2016. The heavily attended event was a photography and art exhibit celebrating the legacy of Kiss, including works by iconic photographers Timothy White and Henry Diltz. Rock legends Alice Cooper, Gene Simmons Paul Stanley, and Rodney Bigenheimer personally appeared at the upscale opening on the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood. Following the exhibit, eyewitnesses saw Sham Ibrahim approaching Gene Simmons after the married 66 year old rock star was finishing a quiet dinner with his wife Shannon Tweed and several close friends. Sham dodged the heavy security surrounding Gene and immediately attempted to seduce the rocker by giving Gene his phone number and one of his signature pop art portraits as a “valentines gift”. Onlookers were shocked as Sham relentlessly pursued Gene- and Gene seemed to want no part of it, covering his face in photos with the artist. Gene’s stunning wife Shannon Tweed was right next to the pair as the embarrassing scene played out. Shannon seemed to laugh off the incident, as she mugged for photos with Sham. In Face book posts that were later deleted the artist claimed that Gene Simmons was his “dream husband” and that he would “get a sex change operation to marry Gene”. Sham is currently appearing on the second season of K. Michelle: My Life, airing on vh1.
