Sam founded the Music Crowns concept in 2010. A long-time champion of unsigned music, Sam created Music Crowns to provide a platform for genuinely talented but predominantly unknown artists, supporting them to develop the strategy, exposure and audience they need to gain the recognition they deserve. Now, as a result of his reputation with unsigned talent, he is often asked to scout and review new breakthrough acts based on select criteria. On a day to day basis, Sam manages and works closely with the content team – setting goals and targets, building the team and ensuring brand guidelines are consistently met. Alongside content management, Sam is focused on building partnerships with brands, labels and artists and has a firm eye on the company immersing itself in the areas of technology and data.
