Following the release of her debut EP Narcissus last year, singer-songwriter Alice D is showing no signs of slowing as she reveals her latest single ‘Offline’. An infusion of soul, pop and R&B; acoustic guitar licks and electro sounds work together in perfect harmony.

In a recent interview with Women In Pop, Alice reveals that the catalyst for writing ‘Offline’ came during a time she was feeling “particularly reflective and frustrated” towards social media. She explains: “It’s so ingrained in society now, it feels like you can’t escape it sometimes.
“[Offline’s] overall message is that we should all be making an effort to be more present in the real world. Not believing everything we see online and not being ruled by notifications and likes.”
