Eighth Day Nation deliver a nostalgic rock classic with ‘Belong’

Eighth Day Nation is a powerful rock band from Princeton, New Jersey, with an eclectic edge. The five-piece group provides an energetic amalgamation of a range of different musical genres. Ranging from pop rock to Latin, to power pop, their sound is contemporary and unique. With their musical roots cemented in power pop and alternative rock, these guys always keep their trademark style aligned with their music but are not afraid to try something new.

With each member of Eighth Day Nation boasting unique and adaptable talents, this band is sure to leave you hooked. Stuart Allen leads with vocals. He derives from a church choir background but his views changed when Van Halen made him want to sing like the Devil. Ron Galvin delivers the power with his pop/rock sensibilities on guitar. On the keyboard, Eighth Day Nation has Bruce Foster, a Grammy-nominated virtuoso. Gary Shust plays the drums like a force of nature not to be reckoned with and Jody Giambelluca electrifies with his bass guitar ability.

Belong’ is the latest offering from Eighth Day Nation and it’s a contender for rock anthem of the year. The rolling drums, soaring guitar riffs, and punchy bass lines all compliment each other offering up an instant classic to the rock genre.
