Giraffage enlists Japanese Breakfast for new song ‘Maybes’

Giraffage, real name Charlie Yin, has shared a new song called ‘Maybes‘ featuring Japanese Breakfast.

The new track which features the solo project of Michelle Zauner (Japanese Breakfast) is a silky techno cut packed with airy synths and calming vibes. ‘Maybes‘ is taken from the San Francisco producer, Giraffage’s debut album, Too Real. Listen to the track below.

Speaking to NPR about her part on the track, Zauner said: “That period of time — along with the song — felt really sultry to me, so I wrote about feelings of desire and trying to cool off.
