Listen to Abra’s new Lumidee inspired track ‘Bacardi’

Abra, the Atlanta singer-songwriter, has unveiled her new track ‘Bacardi‘.

The new cut sees Abra having fun stating “LETS GET BACK TO HAVIN FUN WITH OUR ART XOXO” on Soundcloud. ‘Bacardi‘ is a fresh sounding ’80s style cut with heavyweight snare hits and intricate synth work. Recreating Lumidee‘s 2003 track ‘Never Leave You’, Abra blends nostalgic R&B with contemporary production techniques.

‘Never Leave You‘ follows her previously released ‘Novacane‘ which dropped back in September. Abra recently teamed up with OWSLA‘s Josh Pan for a new track and visualiser titled ‘give it to ya‘ and reissued her stand out 2015 album Rose via Ninja Tune.
