Marsy Mars just teamed up with S-Jay to deliver a dream-like collaboration that comes in the form of ‘Contigo’. As it comes from two incredibly talented artists, ‘Contigo’ is sonically unique, and the amount of effort invested in the song is clear. From the samples used and lyrics written, all the way to the throwback music video, the song is a unique showcase of talent and aesthetics.
Minimal and creative instruments and synths are very well balanced in the mix, while fast and melodic vocals sit perfectly on top of everything. The music video is made up of parts from the short animated film ‘Dancing on the Moon’, which came out in 1935.
