Dizzle AP & T2Frank aren’t names we were familiar with before this single landed in our inbox, but we’re sure we’ll be seeing a lot more of them as their wild, jumpy and fast paced, grime inspired drill banger ‘Maya Jama’ has made a big impression.
With T2Frank is a newcomer to the scene, Dizzle AP has already established himself in the UK music scene with the release of his mixtape ’11’ which featured iconic grime group Boy Better Know and UK rap veteran Benny Banks. This led to recognition from from Julie Adenuga on Beats 1 Radio. The success of the tape led to impactful performances at Annie Mac’s Roundhouse and Mike Skinner’s Tonga. Later on Dizzle dropped his most recent EP ’Silver Lining’ which accumulated over 500,000 streams independently in the first month.
There’s no doubt that following on from Dizzle’s previous successes, this dynamic duo is set to take over in a big way.
