Siena Liggins showcases signature sound in new single “3 Bad”

Siena Liggins certainly doesn’t play by genre rules. Over the past couple of years, her unique and signature hyper-pop sound has been lauded by important tastemakers and fans alike. She’s shared stages with Lizzo, Doja Cat, King Princess, Baby Tate, Tkay Maidza, and Dreya Mac, gathered up millions of streams and gained coverage from the likes of Buzzfeed and Earmilk.

Her latest single “3 Bad” is sure to make an impression. The track features a colourful musical melting pot of infectious drums, driving bass lines and atmospheric synths. Her vocals are standout and manages to be tinged with artistic autotune whilst still coming drenched in personality. Her lyrics are punchy and work hand in glove with the musical elements featured on the track.

Speaking about the single, she says: “I wrote “3 Bad” peak breakup– rude texts, painful outbursts, a loss of patience entirely. It serves as a beginning of an end for my life and music unfolding right in front of you. I ask a backhanded, rhetorical question, “what’s more vulnerable than having sex?” Maybe someone will see that as introspective and someone else will resonate with my unhealthy coping.”

The single comes in anticipation of “Floozy,” her second album. We, for one, cannot wait.
