The post instantly went viral and now has over 10 million likes on Instagram alone.

The news that Beyoncé will not be playing this year’s festival was revealed in a statement to The Associated Press. However, it was confirmed that she will instead be headlining the festival next year. Coachella, which will run on 14th – 16th April, has yet to say who will replace Beyoncé in this year. Other acts confirmed for 2017 include Bon Iver, Radiohead, and the xx.

Beyoncé’s doctor has advised her not to perform and to “keep a less rigorous schedule in the coming months” due to being pregnant. The news comes after Beyoncé’s iconic performance at the Grammy’s where she performed while pregnant.
