The Life of Pablo was a big hit when it arrived back last year, but now some footage has been shared of Chance The Rapper doing his own version of Kanye West‘s ‘Waves’ on stage.
It probably isn’t common knowledge, but Chance‘s spin on ‘Waves’ was dropped from the studio release of The Life of Pablo and up until now it’s been sitting in the vacuum of music limbo. He shared a clip of the track back on Zane Lowe‘s Radio 1 show in May 2016 but only now has his version been fully brought to life. Chance is no stranger to working with Kanye having been featured on the track ‘Ultralight Beam’ on the aforementioned The Life of Pablo and collaborating on last year’s ‘All We Got’. Chance has hinted that working with Kanye could certainly be a possibility again, watch this space.
