Eminem tells all in a four-part interview with Sway

Eminem recently sat down with Sway for an exclusive, candid interview.

The first half of the discussion saw the pair focussing on Eminem’s last two albums, Revival and Kamikaze, as well as Em’s beef with Machine Gun Kelly and Joe Budden.

“Me and Joe Budden aren’t, you know, we’re not friends like that. We didn’t go to the same fuckin’ high school. You know what I’m sayin? I get that part. But when I’m out here, flying around to different places and doing interviews and trying to use my platform to pump up Slaughterhouse every chance I get, and you’re using your platform to try to trash me […] That’s kind of the attitude I took to this whole album, Kamikaze, is like, ‘OK, what if I gave everyone my opinion about them.”

Further on in the interview, the rapper also discusses his track ‘Fall’ in which he calls Tyler, The Creator “a f*ggot”.

“I was angry when I said the shit about Tyler,” he tells Sway. “The word that I called him on…that song was one of the things where I felt like, ‘this might be too far.’ Because in my quest to hurt him, I realized that I was hurting a lot of other people by saying it.”
