Peace unveil video for new single ‘From Under Liquid Glass’

Peace have unveiled the visuals for their comback single, ‘From Under Liquid Glass‘.

Last week the Birmingham four-piece shared their first new music since their 2015 album, Happy People, with ‘From Under Liquid Glass‘. The new track came in support of MQ Mental Health with the frontman opening up about his struggles with mental illness. “I wrote the song during my most difficult spring in a long time”, Harrison Koisser explained to NME about the track.

The new video features the band’s frontman singing in a bath tub submurged in water. Watch the video below.

Peace have always been an explosion of happiness, but that isn’t reflective of every part of me or anyone for that matter, and this song, at it’s most zoomed out, demonstrates that polarity; you can still be a happy person and take a pasting from your demons”.

I’m pleased Peace are supporting MQ and their goal of transforming mental health through research.

The band are due to appear at NME’s Award show in London in February alongside Yonaka, Superfood, and Franz Ferdinand.
