Watch Heathrow Airport baggage handlers dance to Queen to celebrate Freddie Mercury’s birthday

To pay homage to Freddie Mercury on what would have been his birthday, Heathrow Airport’s baggage handlers have performed Queen‘s iconic track, ‘I Want To Break Free‘.

Decked out in Mercury-styled hi-vis jackets and moustaches the baggage crew surprise the crowds by performing a dance routine which was created by the Strictly Come Dancing choreographer. Prior to joining the Queen in 1970, the frontman worked as a baggage handler at the airport. Watch the video below.

In addition to this wonderful skit, the airport will celebrate the late singer’s birthday by selling memorabilia in the departures lounge and featuring the band’s songs on the arrival boards.

The Queen biopic, Bohemian Rhapsody, which stars Rami Malek as Mercury will arrive on the big screen next month.
