Fashion designer, entrepreneur, father, political activist, and rapper – Kanye West wears a lot of hats. But it appears that Yeezy is looking to add to his already impressive resume, making his debut into the world of skateboarding this weekend while attending Art Basel in Miami.
Ye was treated to a brief lesson in the way of the board by Alex Raspa, and it’s all been captured in a series of videos posted to Jenkem magazine’s Instagram.
“Teach me how to ollie right now,” says Yeezy to Raspa.

In a video posted to YouTube, Ye completes a series of ollies, to enthusiastic applause from the crowds gathered around him.
Self-aware as ever, the ‘Black Skinhead’ rapper is quick to shut them down: “I need some air though. Don’t give me no dap for that weak ass shit.”
