Kosu Sa stands for Carry on Dancing in Twi, Nana D’s native language from his home town Ghana.
The original video for Kosu Sa was filmed in Malaga Spain and directed/edited by Nana D.
It originally dropped last year as a web release, fusing pop/funk and latin all in one.
The track introduces spanish singer/rapper Lorena dropping some latin vibes.
Moving forward to 2015 Nana D and Lorena carried on dancing and decided to take it up a notch and this time Kosu Sa fever, spread from what originally started in Spain to India, Tanzania (Africa) and the UK. The remix mainly draws its influence from traditional African riddims and once again the remix video was directed/edited by Nana Dankwa.
Nana D is more than your average artist, he is also an experienced filmmaker. He is currently working on his album which will combine his music and visual talents under one roof. He is also taking an interest in Lorena who is also working on her debut album.
