A video showing a man headbanging in the middle of a category 5 hurricane has gone viral.
Lane Pittman was arrested earlier this year for playing the National Anthem on the Fourth of July. Since then, Pittman has become a viral sensation for headbanging in Florida’s worst hurricanes. Watch the video below to see Lane bracing the Gaels to Slayer.
In addition to this, Pittman is using his viral fame to raise money for a number of other hurricane relief efforts. Most notable among them Hurricane Dorian, which is currently causing devastation across the US.
In order to do this, the famous headbanger has set up his own GoFundMe page. This, Pittman hopes will give people the chance to donate towards helping the relief effort. You can find Pittman’s page here, where the fearless Floridian has raised almost $1,000.
Though Pittman’s hurricane headbangs are creating viral magic, the hurricane crisis in North America is still ongoing.
At least 20 people have died in Hurricane Dorian in The Bahamas so far. The category two storm has left thousands of people without power as it progresses north.
According to BBC News, over 2.2 million people have been evacuated along the eastern seaboard.
