Our First 100 Days is the project of Secretly Group (which included labels Jagjaguwar, Secretly Canadian and Dead Oceans), which aims to raise funds and awareness for organisations threatened by policies from the Donald Trump administration. The project will see a track released each day for the first 100 days of the new presidency.
Following Angel Olsen’s ‘Fly On Your Wall’ as the first release, future contributions will come from the likes of Mitski, Toro Y Moi, Animal Collective’s Avery Tare, Jens Lekman, Will Oldham and more. The organisations that the release will benefit includes pro-immigrant charity Cosecha, the People’s Climate Movement, and All Above All, which campaigns to restore and sustain abortion coverage for women on low incomes.
