Si Cranstoun originally found his way in music when he started busking on the streets, little did he know that he would go on to support The Overtones, headline a festival and get signed to Warners. His music is often compared to Jackie Wilson or Sam Cook but Cranston has such an individual vintage sound – you really need to hear it for yourself. His new single which gained the playlisting ‘Caught In The Moonlight’ has a classic vintage sound and upbeat vibe. A real earworm – it is bound to stick in your head. It’s amazing to see Warners back such a talented artist who is a true musician, We need more artists like Si Cranstoun in the music world, so hopefully this isn’t the last we will be seeing of him, and I for one hope this inspires more vintage artists to get their music out there.
