Bluey Robinson continues to prove he’s an icon in the making

Hackney’s Bluey Robinson effortlessly continues to prove himself as one of the most exciting artists of the moment.

Born in Stockholm, Sweden, Bluey was raised on a diet of Motown, soul and reggae classics. Recognised from a young age for his flair for dance and performance, Bluey’s uncharted passion and raw natural ability has always had a knack for getting him noticed.

The now 27-year-old began his musical career in the West End, gracing the stage as Young Simba in The Lion King. Fast forward to present day and Bluey can be found appearing on records with iconic artists and producers or putting on spine tingling performances when busking in the city. Watch an example of his untamed stylings below.

Always finding inspiration in the classic R&B numbers from the ’90s, Bluey garnered global acclaim by uploading videos of himself performing to YouTube.

Now signed to RCA and Sony, the London-native has not just found his feet, he’s strolled straight through the industry’s front door. If you don’t already, keep up to date by following Bluey Robinson’s socials below.
