Byron Mark releases stunning visuals for ‘Byroven’

Byron Mark releases captivating visuals for his single ‘Byroven,’ which was filmed in an industrial warehouse space in Marrickville, the Creative Hub of Sydney’s inner-west.

The stunning video takes the viewer on a beautiful journey; commencing with Byron entering the mystical performance space, starting the piece as a piano solo, and then introducing the dancer and musicians as the piece grows.

The vision was to capture a live performance of the piece, intertwined with close-ups of the talented musicians who accompanied him on the track.

To continue with Byron’s regular collaborations with dancers, this time he set out to incorporate a contemporary dancer in the performance, to compliment the modern interpretation and embellishment of this special Beethoven phrase.

Australian-Japanese dancer Reina Takeuchi excels in interdisciplinary collaboration and facilitating embodied experiences of contemporary art, and flawlessly choreographed original sequences.

On the single Byron said, “The video beautifully captures the flamenco and Indian rhythms underneath the music, along with the Classical flair in Reina’s graceful movements,”

‘Byroven’ will feature on Byron’s upcoming ‘Odyssey’ album release slated for release later this year.
