Swiss singer / songwriter Imelda Gabs uses her jazz and soul roots to explore the limits of pop music.
Imelda first took to the stage at the age of 14 for her first live performance at the Palais des Beaux-Arts in Brussels.
She then experimented with her sound as demonstrated through her compositions.
In 2017 she took to the main stage of the prestigious Montreux Jazz Festival.
Imelda Gabs has just unveiled her debut single ‘Fallen Angel’, which she produced herself and Imelda’s debut EP is scheduled for a 2021 release.
‘Fallen Angel’ begins with a gentle piano melody and vocal chants, that crescendo into operatic style vocals.
Imelda delivers an electrifying vocal performance alongside captivating instruments and the production quality of this track is first class.
