Haynza’s ’13 Reasons Why’ has an incredibly powerful message

Haynes Junior Posala, better known by his stage name Haynza, is a singer-songwriter with stunningly deep and soulful tones.

Haynza has been singing for as long as he can remember. Even from a young age, Haynza would find himself singing harmonious melodies without much thought. Having spent 7 years of his life immersed in the beautiful culture of the Solomon Islands, Haynza returned to Australia with a plethora of newly discovered influences. It was in 2007, whilst living in Brisbane, that it dawned on this talented young singer that the possibilities to pursue his dreams in the music industry were endless. Finding inspiration in artists such as Beyoncé, Justin Timberlake, and Rihanna, Haynza began to develop his own captivating sound.

Having grown up in a churchgoing culture, constantly singing with others; performing is now second nature to Haynza. He has graced the stage in various schools, churches and venues where he has been praised for his intimate and soulful performances.

Singing and songwriting have always been Haynza’s way to express his feelings. Focusing more seriously on music, Haynza is now spending his time writing and recording music and uploading covers to his YouTube channel. With an EP release set for 2017, he is busy at work developing his unique sound. Ready to take the world by storm, Haynza is certainly one to watch.

In his latest offering he takes inspiration from the hit Netflix show 13 Reasons Why. Addressing the sensitive yet very important issue of suicide, Haynza offers an original song that is both heartfelt and compassionate. Speaking about his powerful song ‘13 Reasons Why’ Haynza states; “I hope this song can be an encouragement to anyone in a dark place they think is impossible to escape from. Just know that there is always something better to come even though you can’t see it right now.
