Emerging Vietnamese producer Jo Ngo releases new ambient single ‘t e n s i o n’ which we’re excited to premiere today ahead of its release tomorrow via SYS Sister Sounds label.

Proving herself as one of Vietnam’s most versatile and cherished artist to have stepped into the scene. Jo blends countless styles and vibes together to give her fanbase this thought provoking masterpiece.

With its ebbs and flows, the single is a dramatic ambient tune. ’t e n s i o n’ see’s Jo unfold into uncertainty and embracing the tension of the world as it stands today. She effortlessly navigates the listener through her reputable gritty sounds with continuous versatility in the melody.

On the single Jo said, “T e n s i o n as its title was made to release my anger  when I’d just moved to a new place where we had a pretty loud and nosy veteran neighbour, she even called out a cop on our first-day party,”

Jo or Ngô Kỳ Duyên is a Saigonese multidisciplinary artist whose work is associated with moving images, virtual reality, augmented reality, new media art and recently sound art.
