Rudy Mukta is the artistic alias of Indian singer/songwriter Rudravajela Mukta.
She has quickly established herself as one of the most exciting new artists in the indie / R&B music ranks on strength of her forward thinking, genre defying sound breaking boundaries as a South Asian representative.
Raised in Bangalore, Rudy Mukta trained in carnatic music for over 10 years.
Some of her biggest influences include Billie Eilish, Tyler The Creator and Daniel Caesar.
The 18 year old’s self produced debut project, ‘Entropy’ was made on an iPad and was released independently in 2020 and continues to gather critical acclaim with each new discovery.
Rudy Mukta recently covered ‘Gurl’ originally by Babiecinno.
Rudy’s take on it sees the young vocalist deliver soulful and smooth vocals, which she blends over the original track.
