High Shores marry rock and pop on atmospheric new song, ‘Let Me Down’

Raleigh, NC alternative pop trio High Shores have unveiled a new single.

‘Let Me Down’ comes as the band’s first new music of 2021 and marries driving alternative rock with synth-led pop.

Despite having only three singles in the books, the quartet have racked up an impressive 160,000 streams on Spotify, with their vibrant synth, catchy hooks and whip-smart lyricism.

With the addition of Carter Harris, the young rockers channel the best of alternative rock; driving, distorted guitars at the heart of the sound, with Amanda Timothy’s assured lead vocal intertwining smartly with the instrumental.
