Beyoncé has posted an image of herself cradling her belly on Instagram, to her 92.3 million followers, announcing that she is expecting twins.
The global superstar captioned the shot: “We would like to share our love and happiness. We have been blessed two times over. We are incredibly grateful that our family will be growing by two, and we thank you for your well wishes. – The Carters“
Beyoncé and her husband, Jay-Z, are parents to five-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy. The couple married in 2008.
Within 30 minutes, the post confirming her pregnancy had garnered more than 1.4 million likes.
