Exclusive Premiere: Space Memory Effect Releases Groovy Inspired ‘Lonely Love Song’ Single & Video

Music Crowns exclusively premieres ‘Lonely Love Song‘ which was born out of a unique remote collaboration spanning three continents (USA, Canada & England). Recorded in home studios, the song emerged from the worry and frustration of a disappearing collaborator during COVID. Expressing mixed emotions, the lyrics capture the essence of the experience: ‘I don’t even miss you | I don’t even care… | Maybe I do, but you’re nowhere.’ The release includes a clever music video that further takes the audience on the song journey with Lead Singer and Songwriter Amy Wallace AKA Space Memory Effect. A groovy, retro-inspired dance track that harkens back to the ’80s and asks, “Are you singing alone with me?”

As a songwriter, I find endless inspiration in the profound ability of music to tell stories, evoke emotions, and unite people. Music, to me, represents the ultimate form of creative expression. Together with my producer and songwriter mentor, Trevor Lewington, we’ve crafted a sound that seamlessly combines authenticity with contemporary influences, drawing inspiration from a wide range of genres such as pop, rock, and folk—all while collaborating remotely.’

In 2023, Space Memory Effect marked a milestone in her artistic journey by releasing her debut album, ‘One Thing More.’ This significant chapter in her career allowed her to share music with the world and connect with her audience in a profound way. Stay tuned for the upcoming chapters, including the “Lullaby Fortune Sweet Dreams” project for 2024, promising a year-long adventure of diverse musical experiences.
