Mia Renwall – Full Circle Rainbow (the official anthem of Helsinki Pride 2016)

Mia Renwall is a singer songwriter from Helsinki, best known from the a cappella group FORK and the tv-series The Voice of Finland. The electronic pop songs with their candid lyrics talk about themes like inner growth, spiritual balance and community. Mia’s scale of music is broad: There are songs that have sensual, emotional sensitivity, and songs that have a saucy, positive energy. Mia wants to look at the world from a perspective of equality and talk about all topics, even hard ones, in her compassionate personal way.

Mia released her first solo album HOME in April 2015 and is currently working on her second EP, to be released in 2016.

The first single of the upcoming new release is Full Circle Rainbow, and it has been chosen as the official song for Helsinki Gay Pride 2016. The message of the song focuses on the great positive potential hiding in all of us. It encourages us to take a step back and have a good look at ourselves and the people around us – and when you do that – all you see is love and beauty.
