Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever drop video for ‘Sister’s Jeans’

Got those post-summer blues? Don’t worry. The video for the new Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever single has just dropped. It will help – trust us.

The fifth single from debut album, ‘Sister’s Jeans’ is an angular indie triumph that’s coated in warm golden sunshine. The band’s Fran Keaney has spoken of the meaning behind the track, stating: “[Sister’s Jeans’] is a platonic love song. It offers no answers. Just says, ‘Hi, I see you.”

The Riley Breakway-directed video emphasises a platonic love song vibe. The camera follows strangers on various buses as they travel through sun-drenched highways – showing the track to be something of an ode to the ups and downs of human experience.

The band are set to tour the UK this October, kicking off at SWN Festival in Cardiff and ending at KOKO in London on 29th October.
