YK band are a musical duo from Taiwan and Spain.
The international group feature Yerko Lorca from Barcelona and Huang Kuan Yin from Taiwan.
YK band combine historical and traditional instruments such as the Tartessian lyre (10 BC), the Kora (a traditional West African harp) and the Tar (one of the oldest frame drums) together with a stirring vocal performance.
The sounds of the instruments are simply magical and a real delight to the ears, whilst the vocals add a sense of gravitas to the music.
