Jakob Falcon is a 29 year old musician from South London.
He has over a decade of experience writing and performing with numerous artists including Sam Tompkins and is currently pursuing a solo project, whilst also working as a songwriter and session musician.
Jakob graduated from BIMM London earlier this year with a degree in Songwriting.
He currently writes, composes, performs, records and produces his own music.
