On Thursday 19th June, London’s Sanctum Hotel in Soho hosted an intimate screening of Perfecto: How Dance Music Changed the World. A landmark new documentary celebrating 35 years of one of electronic music’s most iconic imprints.
Recently premiered as part of the debut Cine International Film Festival, the film charts the rise and cultural impact of Paul Oakenfold’s trailblazing Perfecto Records – a label that didn’t just shape the soundtrack of a generation, but helped define the very DNA of global club culture.
