After pulling a huge crowd for his show at Portland Pride, it’s clear that Andrew, a proud, openly gay man, is an inspiration to many, with his music touching on issues that many can relate to.

His new offering ‘I Think I’m Ready For Love’ is an irresistible single. The single features heartwarming synths, that combine with basslines and drum parts to create an infectious groove that will get you moving. Divine backing vocals layer on top of this, creating a heavenly sound. His vocals are at the forefront of the mix and come across as captivating and tinged with passion. All in all, the track is a contemporary pop tune that nods to his important 80s influences, creating his signature sound

Speaking further about the track Andrew says: “The chorus just formed naturally, without a lot of thought, and it wasn’t based on anything relevant in my life, until I started working on the verses. I dated a lot in my 20’s, kissed a bunch of frogs, sabotaged my own relationships, felt an insane amount of heartbreak, feared commitment, I was all over the place. I then found someone who changed how I treated relationships, they made me a better person, they challenged me, they were the real deal, and they made me want to give up on my old ways, try harder, and lean into the commitment that I was so afraid of.”

Andrew has many accolades already, some include his songs being featured on ‘The Hills’ and ‘‘The Jersey Shore’ alongside winning a Pop Smash Radio Award for Best Male Pop Song in 2021. He’s also a keen performer, and has performed ‘I Think I’m Ready for Love’ at many shows around his hometown of Portland, Oregon, including his most recent gig on the mainstage at PDX Pride.
