B0r0s is a New York-based collective of unique creatives who are collaborating to take on a style-fusing sound. Made up of songwriters, sound engineers, photographers and graphic designers, the project challenges the sensibilities of hip-hop, pop, rock and R&B, in a melting pot of influences.
Comprised of Javi G, Jaju, Eli Rozas and Jhay Nales, the four-piece have released the high-energy pop punk single ‘STRAIGHT OUTTA MAGAZINE’. Embracing the sounds of the early 2000s with roaring riffs, unstoppable drum rhythms and layers of melancholic vocals, the band paint a nostalgic portrait for the modern era. An alternative anthem laced with soaring distorted guitar melodies and a catchy hook, it’s fiery and excitable from start to finish.
The collective shares a comment, “We wrote this record as a love letter to early 2000s pop-punk and trying to channel that energy in the modern day.”
