Hip-hop meets trance? Well that’s what Vienna based trio Baza Testdrive have somehow conjured up between them. With an eclectic mix of musical backgrounds and influences that stem as far as jazz, these three creatives wanted to quickly join forces and fuse together a sound that’s never been heard before.
‘Roket’ is the first instalment from Baza Testdrive, and it’s a mighty impressive one. Emotive synths with an almost trip-hop feel to it, there’s also an underground and urgan feeling to it as well. The track brings so many levels, and ebbs and flows throughout with ease. With the song depicting the notion of nightlife and the highs and lows it possesses, you can truly imagine this song being played to soundtrack your walk home. A mood has been created by this diverse and profound trio, and we can’t wait to see what they deliver next.
