Having already shown his worth on the previously shared singles ‘Pillow House’ and ‘Take Your Time’ earlier this year, US singer and songwriter Beau Turrentine has now done it again as he unveils his latest offering ‘Animals’.
Lifted from his forthcoming new EP ‘Pillow House’, which arrives later this year, ‘Animals’ makes for a wonderfully smooth and enticing return for the frontman. Taking influence from the likes of Mac DeMarco and his own personal fan Orville Peck, this bright and shimmering jam is just what we need to kick back with right now.
Adding about the track, “This song is about the wild animal we all have living inside of us. I wrote it to point out how simple yet complicated we can be. We as humans are unpredictable; just like life.”
