Beth Morgan has always had a passion for the arts. This passion has taken her on a journey, going from local talent shows to performing Kate Bush’s ‘Running up that Hill’ on BBC Children In Need. She studied music through school and into university, giving her chance to develop her sound and craft.
She is sure to make an impression with her debut single “Kissing Strangers.” The single manages to blend ethereal and infectious together, creating a heartwarming, singalong anthem. Swirling melodies come from warm synths and divine backing vocals. Morgan’s vocals land on top and work hand in glove with well-penned lyrics.
Speaking about the single, she says: “I wanted ‘Kissing Strangers’ to use the key moments of heartbreak that everyone has experienced. Simple yet brutally honest, these lyrics tell the moment you realise that the person you love has fallen out of love with you.”
This is only the beginning, and we cannot wait to see where she’ll take this.
