Brazilian gem Sourcee unviels ‘Out There’

Influenced by his family, Rômulo began to be interested in music at a very early age, with only 13 years old he was already taking his first steps into electronic music. His parents organized events and sold vinyl clubs, which brought him closer to music.

Before the “Sourcee” project existed, Rômulo studied with the “Drum N Bass” style, which stood out as a very important time for his career, where he increased his musical baggage and knowledge by releasing tracks that were played on major radio stations internationals such as BBC RADIO 1, BBC 1XTRA and KISS FM. In addition, he received support from renowned artists such as DJ Marky, Andy C, Fabio, Groovedirer, Crissy Criss, Makoto and others.

The Sourcee project started in the 2000s, with a sound more focused on the progressive house and trance. It was only in 2019 that Rômulo developed the idea of rebranding his sound and working with different sounds. His first release was the EP “Here Me Now”, signed by the American label Silk Music, through this EP, Sourcee supported by great international DJs such as Markus Schuls, Paul Oakenfold, Armin Van Buuren, Ruben de Ronde, Dannic, Promise Land, Marcus Schossow, among others.

His latest release, ‘Out There’ together with Envoy Music released via Smoke Music, is turning heads all around the globe, amassing over 161 thousand streams on Spotify only, the tune is making its way into Sourcee’s top releases.
