Taylor D has just released her most mature song to date showing growth both lyrically and production wise.
Dark and laced with flirtation, quoting Arctic Monkeys lyrics to drop hints of desire, it’s a more pop/rock vibe compared to her previous releases.
‘Can’t Say I Love You’ instantly grabs our attention with a stirring guitar arrangement, the vibrant vocals of Taylor D and the infectious melodic hooks, all of which blend together to create an upbeat and energetic rock track.
‘Can’t Say I Love You’ also sees the Dublin musician deliver a lively vocal performance as she gives life to lyrics about expressing a romantic interest in someone without feeling brave enough to admit to it.
The song itself has heavy guitar riffs with understated and perfectly pitched vocals.
Taylor drew inspiration for this track from a recent Arctic Monkeys concert in Dublin.
