Orlando indie-rock outfit Carrabelle returns with a burst of emotional clarity on their latest single, “We Can Fix You,” a shimmering, guitar-driven anthem that bridges pop-punk nostalgia with indie maturity. Full of sincerity, wit, and melodic charm, the track is both a call to connection and a gentle promise: no matter how broken you feel, there’s hope, humour, and healing to be found.

Balancing emotive lyricism with bright, punchy hooks, Carrabelle channels the spirit of mid-2000s pop-punk icons like All Time Low or The Starting Line, tempering that youthful angst with the introspection of a band that’s grown up without losing heart. “We Can Fix You” feels like the anthem you didn’t know you needed, the one that says it’s okay to be a little cracked as long as you keep reaching for the light.

Sonically, the track glows with energy. Crisp guitar lines bounce against buoyant drums and layered vocals that feel both intimate and anthemic. There’s a polished warmth to the production that reflects Carrabelle’s growth without losing the vulnerability that made them resonate in the first place.

Thematically, “We Can Fix You” is part love letter, part lifeline. It speaks to those who’ve been through the wringer, emotionally bruised, spiritually winded and reminds them, with a wink and a wide-open heart, that they’re not alone. It’s a song that leans in when you’re low and says, Hey, we’ve been there too.

Fans can catch Carrabelle performing the single live on August 9th at The Abbey in Orlando as part of Harbour & Friends ’25, where they’ll be joined by Abby Holiday. Expect a show as honest and effervescent as the band itself, packed with big feelings, bigger hooks, and a connection that only Carrabelle can create.
